The Center for the Future of Arizona plays a key role in shaping education policy through its research and analysis of educational issues at the state and federal level.

The Center:

Provides data and recommendations to Arizona education leaders and public policy makers on topics such as high school graduation rates and goals

Develops reports based on its research to promote understanding, debate and improved educational outcomes for Arizona students

Coalesces thinking and action around research-based solutions such as the center’s Beat the Odds School Partners Program and Pathways to Postsecondary Initiative

In addition to the center’s efforts, Center Executive Director Sybil Francis serves at the invitation of the governor as the chair of the Data and Graduation Committee of the Governor’s P-20 Council.
