Why does working at CFA support what you are passionate about professionally?
While I’ve spent my entire career in the private sector as a Human Resources professional, I’ve always had a passion for helping prepare the workforce for the future through partnerships with educational institutions. I was the Chair of the Board for a non-profit organization in Minnesota that supported workforce preparation programs for students in inner-city High Schools through partnerships with local Fortune 500 companies. Working at CFA brings my passion for workforce development, experience in Human Resources and the retail sector together to contribute to the overall mission of CFA.
Why do you love Arizona?
Since moving to Arizona from Minnesota over a decade ago, I love that there’s no snow to shovel. I love the beautiful Sonoran landscape, incredible sunsets, and being surrounded by so many different mountain ranges.
What do you enjoy in your personal time?
I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, hiking and playing golf
