We invite your organization to participate in taking the Gallup Arizona Survey online by requesting a group participant code. We will provide you with a five-digit group code that members of your organization can use when taking the survey. Upon completion of your group survey, we will provide you with a custom aggregated report that compares your organization to the most recent Gallup Arizona Survey. We require a minimum of 25 responses before a report can be generated and don't provide the raw data used to generate the data charts within our reports.
Your Privacy Is Important To Us
Individual responses will remain completely confidential, and we will never release any of your personal information. This survey does not affect the results of the state representative results of the Gallup Arizona Survey.
