Center for the Future of Arizona Appoints New Board Member John Graham
Center for the Future of Arizona (CFA) today announced the appointment of John Graham, Chairman and CEO of Sunbelt Holdings, to its Board of Directors. A widely respected business and civic leader, Graham brings decades of experience, a deep commitment to Arizona, and a long history of supporting CFA’s mission. His leadership will help guide CFA’s work to advance The Arizona We Want: the shared vision of Arizonans, surfaced through CFA’s extensive research, that reflects their highest aspirations and hopes for the future.

Graham’s leadership and influence have left an indelible mark on Arizona. As Chairman and CEO of Sunbelt Holdings, he has guided transformative projects that have shaped the state’s growth and strengthened communities across Arizona. His vision and ability to bring people together have made him a driving force in building a more connected Arizona.
Widely regarded as one of Arizona’s most impactful civic leaders, Graham has consistently leveraged his time, expertise, and resources to advance causes that improve lives and create opportunity. He currently serves as Chair of the ASU Foundation Board of Directors and holds leadership roles with many organizations that are pivotal to the state’s economic vitality, culture, and civic health, including Greater Phoenix Leadership, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, the Heard Museum, The Nature Conservancy of Arizona, Teach For America, and the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association. Through all his roles, Graham has championed initiatives that expand access to education, promote sustainability, foster civic engagement, and ensure that Arizona continues to thrive for generations to come.
Graham has also been a trusted partner and supporter of CFA for many years, serving as an advisor and ambassador for the organization’s mission and work. His appointment to the Board underscores this longstanding relationship and his commitment to building The Arizona We Want.
