Career Connected Toolkit
The Career Connected (CC) Toolkit consists of resources for educators, counselors, students, and families to effectively inform and guide educational decision-making with an emphasis on Computer Science (CS) and Cybersecurity (Cy) career pathways.
The toolkit activities and resources are introduced in 9th and 10th grade math or science classrooms. We theorize that by providing the right information, at the right time, delivered in a format relevant to students’ interests and needs, more students will see CS/Cy careers as a viable pathway for their future.
Goals
- Introducing CS/Cy careers as viable pathways for students futures
- Help students make educated career decisions regarding CS/Cy careers
